Harmony Week – Family Picnic Arrangements

As part of our Harmony Week celebrations, our school is hosting two family picnics.

The first picnic will be held tomorrow (21st March) for students attending Kindergarten Group A.

Then on Friday, 23rd March a whole school family picnic will be held.

At the conclusion of each picnic students will be permitted to go home with parents. The following processes will enable parents to safely collect children.

Wednesday 21 March 2018 - Kindergarten Group A

• At the conclusion of the picnic a bell will sound. Children are to return to class.
• Parents can then collect their child from the classroom after signing them out on the sheet provided.
• Students in other year levels remain in class and finish the day as this is a normal school day for them.

Friday 23 March – Whole School

• The siren will sound to end lunch.
• Children return to their classes.
• Parents can collect students from classrooms after signing them out on the sheet provided.
